Load stays the same. 2 minute rests.
The load should be somewhere between 40-70% of your 1RM.
B. Complete as many rounds/repetitions as possible in 15 minutes of:
800 meter Run
12 Deadlifts (185lb/125lb)
9 Weighted Step-ups (24"/20")
