A. Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes:
1st – 5 Floor Chest Press
2nd – 5 Weighted Pull-ups or Partner Assisted

B. For time:
21 Military Press (95lb/65lb)
Run 400 meters
21 Push Press
Run 400 meters
21 Push Jerks
Run 400 meters
*Compare to 05/21/14.
 
C. Strength 101 @ 6:00pm:
1) Thrusters 5x3. Increase load. 3 minute rests.
2) Every 90 seconds for 9 minutes do: 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups
3) 8 efforts of a 100-meter Sprint. Advanced rest 1:1, Novice 1:4. (work:rest)
