TODAY’S W.O.D:

A. Every minute for 20 minutes:
45 seconds @ each exercise
1st minute: Inverted Pull-up
2nd: GHD Sit-ups
3rd: Windshield Wipers
4th: Kip-ups
5th: Alligator Crawls

B. Every minute for 10 minutes do:
6 reps of a Neutral grip dumbbell chest press on a med ball. Increase load.

C. Strength 101 @ 6:00pm:
Bent Over Rows
10-10-10 Warm-up sets, load stays the same, 1 min. rest.
5-5-5 Load stays the same, 2 min. rest.
5-5-5 Load stays the same, 2 min. rest.
3-3-3 Load stays the same, 2 min. rest.
