400m Run
        then 3 rounds of:
                10 C2B pull ups
                10 front squats
                10 burpees
        then 3 rounds of:
                20 T2B
                20 back squats
                20 wall balls
400m Run

9am class:
Teams of 2 will complete together, for time:
200 sit ups
200 T2B
200 slam ball over shoulder (Left + Right = 1)
100 burpee box jump over

** both partners may work at the same time to complete list. Starting at min 3 and then every 3 mins, 1 partner must run 400m (or row 500m).
