Between each round 5 burpees


9am WOD

Teams of 2 will complete the following for time:

Buy-in: 200 Wall Balls

Then 200 box jumps, 200 push ups, 200 sit ups.

P1 hangs from the bar
P2 works on list

When P1 comes off the bar, partners must switch.
