Strength: EMOM for 10 minutes do: 5 Single-Arm (unilateral) Dumbbell Chest Press. Minute 1 do the Right arm. Minute 2 the Left arm, repeat each minute alternating arms. Load stays the same.

Met-Con:
"Drop & Gimme-Say What!?!"

100 Knees to Elbows for time. Take a penalty every time you drop off the pull-up bar. Penalty is 20 push-ups. (Scale: 4 rounds for time: 25 Knees to Elbows + 20 Push-ups). Compare to 02/23/12.
