Strength: E2MO2M for 10 minutes do 3 weighted pull-ups + 5 strict pull-ups + 7 kipping pull-ups. Perform without coming off the bar. Scaling will be available.

AMRAP in 5 minutes of: Air Squats Rest 2 minutes then TABATA Jumping Slam Balls (50#/25#) + Barbell Row (LTBD), alternating between the two exercises (8 minutes total work) Rest 5 minutes then Death by 10 Meters.
