W.O.D. WORKOUT OF THE DAY

The W.O.D. is our regularly offered class that provides the true CrossFit experience. The class is about an hour in length. In the hour athletes participate in the group warm-up, strength and skill-work, and a metabolic conditioning workout (Met-Con). The class is structured to make the most out of your one hour with appropriate challenges based on your ability. Each of our coaches tailor and modify the W.O.D. to each individual athlete and are very involved with ensuring each individual has an experience that is educational and provides an optimal workout.  

With progression athletes will notice increased improvement across all of CrossFit’s ten (10) general skills for optimal physical fitness: Cardio-respiratory endurance, Strength, Stamina, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Agility, Balance, Coordination, and Accuracy.

We offer 49 classes a week starting as early as 5am and late as 7pm. Click here to view our schedule. 

STRENGTH 101

Strength is defined by Merriam-Websters online dictionary as: 

1. The quality or state of being physically strong,

2. The ability to resist being moved or broken by a force

3. The quality that allows someone to deal with problems in a determined and effective way.   
 

Our strength classes yield all of the aforementioned definitions. We want to increase your strength, physically and mentally.

NEVER LIFTED BEFORE? NO PROBLEM! WE’LL TEACH YOU.

Our primary lifts will consist of Back Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Clean & Jerk and the Snatch.  

You should attend this class if you are:

  • Lacking in the primary lifts listed above  
  • Want your numbers to increase significantly
  • Want to increase your time under the barbell and become more efficient with lifts 
  • Want to learn the accessory exercises that will enhance your lifts
     

OPEN GYM

Do you have skills you want to practice or your own W.O.D. you'd like to try? Our Open Gym gives you the opportunity to work on the things you do not have time to do in our regular W.O.D. A coach is present during open gym to ensure safety. 

MOBILITY 101

Learn how to help your body heal faster from your workouts. This class is designed to complement our W.O.D., Strength, and Kettlebell classes. One of our experienced coaches will guide you through a one hour class of stretching, smashing by using a variety of tools, and breathing to increase flexibility and body awareness.

YINYASA YOGA

Gabby's yinyasa classes are typically heated, but not always! During this class you will find yourself in a flow that relaxes you and helps to lengthen your body. Expect slower movement, longer pose holds and ample time to center yourself. Let go of all the stress you've endured with your CrossFit W.O.D's and learn to relax. This class makes for a wonderful active recovery day and will enhance your flexibility through steady commitment. Class is offered on most Saturday's from 10:30am until 11:45am.
