Today's WOD:
"Bottom to bottom Tabata's"
Tabata's are eight intervals of 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest. In this WOD the athlete will do eight intervals of both squats and pushups. The athlete will start with squats, doing as many reps as possible in 20 seconds, resting at the bottom of the squat for 10 seconds. On the next interval, the athlete will drop into pushups, for reps, and rest at the bottom of the pushup during the 10 seconds. Sixteen intervals will be completed alternating between the squat and pushup. The score is the least number of reps for any of the exercises.
