My warm-up consisted of shoveling my driveway and sidewalk. Approx time: 15 minutes. I then did the workout with my 40lb vest in 20:32.

TIME!
Did a warm-up and the workout. Warm-up was 3 rounds of :
Samson stretch
10x squats
10x sit-ups
10x push-ups (ow)
10x shoulder dislocates
Then did the workout and got 13:30. Kelly's out running in this, I hope she doesn't get a snowflake in both eyes at the same time.

19:50 and one VERY stretched out groin! I'll be doing the splits in no time.
