CrossFit Frederick is beginning their GET FIT Challenge on February 1st. This Saturday, January 30th is the Registration day. We will not have any classes but we will be available 9:30 am until 12:30 pm. We will be offering a Q & A session at 10:30 am. The challenge is open to Members only.
