"Deck of Cards (Core-Centric)"
Take a deck of cards, shuffle. Face cards are 10, Aces are 11, numbered cards as valued. Flip each card and perform the movement and the number of reps specified. Cycle the whole deck.
Hearts- Burpees
Diamonds- Mountain Climbers (4-count)
Spades- Flutterkicks (4-count)
Clubs- Situps
Jokers- Run 400m

I ran across this post on CrossFit Koncepts website. CrossFit Koncepts is owned by Michael Krivka and is predominantly kettlebells. Dave and I were lucky enough to have trained with Mike and Jeff Martone of Tactical Athlete, for our kettlebell certifications.
Jillian - You don't know Jack about Kettlebells!
If you've ever watched "The Biggest Loser" on TV then I'm sure you know who Jillian Michaels is. As the trainer to the "uber-unfit" she pushes, screams and yells them into better shape. I don't have a real problem with that - those people signed up for that kind of abuse so they deserve it. What does piss me off is her having her charges use Kettlebells when she obviously has NO IDEA what the heck she is doing with them!?!?

- Do you think I'm rushing to condemn her based on a short video clip?
HELL YES! She shows absolute and utter disregard for basic Kettlebell
skills in less than 15 seconds. It doesn't take a whole lot to prove
she shouldn't be using or teaching others to use Kettlebells.
NOTE: I noticed in the Washington Post this weekend that either Target or Dick's is selling a Jillian Michaels endorsed adjustable Kettlebell... how's that for adding insult to injury?!?!
