Sunday's WOD was called "Lucky 7's" for time. It was 7 rounds of 7 exercises at 7 repetitions each: Pull-ups, Sumo-deadlift high pulls, Sit-ups, Burpees, Push Press, Hollow Rocks and Dips. This great idea came from Jeff, he's the first one in the picture. Doesn't he look great doing his own WOD. Ha!

sweet pic Jeff! Proud to see my big cousin doing a killer workout with a grin on his face! Here is a twist on your 7's workout...try two exercises for 7 reps each (say, box jumps and burpees) as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 7 minutes! Bet that will get your goose too....
