Dumbbell Push-up Row **
AbMat Sit-ups***
**You will do 2 pushups in each rep. So, push-up, row (right side) then push-up, row (left side), this is one repetition.
***AbMat Sit-ups should be done with the sole's of the feet together, knee's dropped out to the side, without popping your butt up and down.
