Bulldog Battle Competition Basic Standards

Divisions:

RX: Anything and everything CrossFit is possible.

RX Male Standards:
Snatch: 135lbs for reps
Clean: 155lbs for reps
S2OH: 135lbs for reps

RX Female Standards:
Snatch: 95lbs for reps
Clean: 105lbs for reps
S2OH: 95lbs for reps

Masters (40+*): Masters competitor’s weights will be like Scaled competitor weights but there will be more advanced movements measured (i.e. chin over bar pull-ups, etc…).

*If the athlete is at least 40 but able to perform the movements and weights listed for RX or Scaled, then the athlete can register under that division.

Scaled: Advanced movements like muscle ups, handstand push-ups and pistols will not be measured in this division. Here are some standard weights that are possible for the scaled division:

Scaled Men:
Snatch: 95lbs for reps
Clean: 135lbs for reps
S2OH: 115lbs for reps

Scaled Female:
Snatch: 55lbs for reps
Clean: 85lbs for reps
S2OH: 75lbs for reps

Teen (15-17): Advanced movements like muscle ups, handstand push-ups and pistols will not be measured in this division. Here are some standard weights that are possible for the teen division:

Teen Male:
Snatch: 75lbs for reps
Clean: 115lbs for reps
S2OH: 65lbs for reps

Teen Female:
Snatch: 45lbs for reps
Clean: 85lbs for reps
S2OH: 55lbs for reps
