I came to this realization on Wednesday, July 6th, 2016 at 4AM. The ONLY time I could workout was 5AM. My husband, Dave, and I run our affiliate full time. From 5AM until 8PM, one, if not both of us, are at the gym. Our duties include coaching (which is way more involved than many know), running our classes, as well as ALL administrative work. We have two children, now 16 and 7 years. That is one kid in high school, which starts at 7:30AM, and one in elementary school, which starts at 9AM. We’re busy just like most families.

I was so TIRED of not getting my workouts in that I made the decision to wake up with my husband and attend his 5AM class Monday through Friday. I get to have coffee with him at 4:30 in the morning and then workout. This is one of the BEST decisions I have ever made in my life. 

Was it easy? No. 
Was it worth it? Yes. 
Were there times that I just wanted to sleep in? Yes. 
Did I? No. 
Are there still times that I think about sleeping in? Yes.

I wouldn’t change a thing. I will continue to do 5AM until my schedule no longer allows for it and then…I’ll make another TIME.
