Yinyasa Yoga sessions will continue to run on Saturdays at CFF.  We are moving the time to 10:30AM-11:45AM to allow those staying on from the 9AM team WOD a little extra time to put away equipment and maybe grab a quick drink or shake before yoga starts.

The cost remains unchanged, $10 for members and $20 for non-members per session.  We are now also offering a bulk yoga pass purchase of 6 classes for only $50.  This discount pass offer is available to CFF members only.  See Amanda to purchase.

Gabby's yoga class is a great way to stretch out and recover from the team WOD, or you can just use it as an energizing and relaxing start to your weekend.  You do not need any yoga experience to attend.
