CFF 10 week Numbers Don’t Lie Challenge- Fall 2015
The CFF 10 week “Numbers Don’t Lie challenge” began in September of 2015. During the course of the challenge the competitors were required to keep and submit food journals, get scheduled measurements via 3 point Skin-fold caliper tests, and workout regularly. With a Paleo-Zone prescribed meal plan competitors would earn a certain amount of points for consuming required food and intake levels and performing workouts. By the end of the 10 weeks we had 10 finalists who completed the challenge in its entirety and 5 winners.
On average competitors lost 8% body-fat, 22 inches, and 17 pounds of body weight!
These numbers are outstanding and extremely impressive!!!
The WINNERS ARE:

· William Muller, 32 years young, lost 32 pounds, 6.7% body-fat and 24.5 inches
· Stephen Bussong, 56 years young, lost 20 pounds, 7.4% body-fat and 21.75 inches
· Loc Vu, 40 years young, lost 8 pounds, 2.8% body-fat and 9.5 inches
· Elinor Markey, 45 years young, lost 14 pounds, 7.9% body-fat and 20.5 inches

The “Just Say NO to Swim-dresses and Cargo Shorts” Challenge will start on March 1st, 2016 and will be 12 weeks in duration. Don’t worry! It will end on May 23rd, 2016, the week before Memorial Day and just in time for summer! The challenge will include three categories for improvement: percent of body-fat lost, inches lost, and body weight lost. The registration fee will be $100 cash and Winners will receive a CASH prize, a $25 merchandise credit, One Month Unlimited membership, and a 30 minute Deep Tissue massage with Coach Dave May, a certified Canadian Deep Tissue Massage Therapist.
